These heavy-duty aluminum confectionery rulers are great for fondant, sugar work & caramel. This is a set of six rulers that are 11/16" wide and highly polished. Spreading fondant, caramel, ganache, etc. inn uniform slab thickness is exactly what these are designed for. This set contains the following rulers:
- Two (2) rulers 2/16" thick
- Two (2) rulers 3/16" thick
- Two (2) rulers 6/16" thick
All rulers are perforated and marked and 23 3/4" long.
